Fantastic stay at Beachwalk Residence. Great for families with kids, location is superb beside shopping mall and beach. Has everything that u need here! The staff were excellent and even got me a cake for my birthday! Highly recommend!

It has all services and is close to the airport. There is a large shopping mall and a group of excellent restaurants. Transportation is available and the reception service was excellent. My rating for the hotel is 80%.

One of the best places in Kuta beach, Bali

Extremely luxurious accommodation - just opposite the beach, and connected with the largest shopping mall in Bali. We will definitely come back, absolutely amazing! Also very good service throughout, and large rooms.

We can’t rate Beachwalk Residence enough. 5 stars for us. We were here last year, 2024, for 10 days—we loved it so much we booked again from 14th to 28th April 2025, always sad when it is time to go home. The Apartment hotel is spacious, clean, and modern. We had a garden view, where we watched live music entertainment from our balcony every night—hence, we wanted to come back every time. The staff and management are so welcoming, very friendly, and always smiling. They’re always there to help with anything we need. They provided everything we asked for. The room is cleaned every day, fully equipped kitchen and access to the washing machine and dryer. It was great for us as there were 5 of us. My son loves the gym, and we love the pool, not to mention Kuta beach is just in front of the mall. We love this place so much because we love being in Kuta, the location of the mall is just downstairs, everything you need is in the mall – love the Pasar Rame for a quick lunch on the 3rd floor. Being at Beachwalk Residence feels very safe, with security everywhere, and they’re so friendly. Also easy to book Grab for transportation if you want to visit other places, and so cheap, cheaper than a taxi; this was our means of transportation. We can’t wait to go back. Fantastic place to stay in Kuta. There are 3 hotels on the North side of the Beachwalk complex - Yello and Aloft are big and busy hotels and Beachwalk Residence, which opened in 2020, is a small, quiet block in between Yello and Aloft with easy access to Beachwalk shopping centre. The suites are equipped with fridge, microwave, cutlery, utensils and most importantly water dispensers that provide hot and cold filtered water which is safe to drink and refilled promptly if needed. Daily housekeeping is routine and on-time. The staff go out of their way to help guests in every possible way. A big shoutout out to Komang and her team for the amazing hospitality you provided. Menginap di 3BR unit 1C dari 22 sd 26 Des 24. Pengalaman yang tak terlupakan. Lokasi sangat strategis, tinggal jalan beberapa menit sudah menjumpai pantai Kuta dan persis di samping mall beachwalk. Kendala sedikit saja atau hanya satu, yaitu TV di ruang tamu, baik saluran TV yang kadang hilang dan youtube yang kadang hilang di setiap hari. Tetapi pelayanan sangat baik, komplain langsung direspon. Tetapi disayangkan terjadi lagi di besok sorenya. Secara umum, kami sekeluarga sangat senang menginap di beachwalk apartemen dan akan menginap lagi, apabila kami berencana menginap di area Kuta, Bali.

The Residence is attached to the Beachwalk Shopping Mall and right across Kuta Beach. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Functional rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and really spacious balcony large enough to do yoga. What I love most is the kitchen, the sitting area, and the balcony. It adds value to our family holiday experience. We were able to gather around the kitchen, argued and laughed across the kitchen and sitting area. Truly home away from home.
